2.5 For the duration of this contract and for a period of six months from the end of the contract, the customer may not induce or attempt to leave the supplier`s employee who participated in the supply, non-performance, review or management of services or other means related to that agreement. This agreement was reached on the date detailed in the online order. 14. Insurance. The buyer must purchase and maintain comprehensive liability insurance for all products purchased from UAV Factory. 4.1. Some courses are replaced at regular intervals by new legislation or the granting of new rules. Following the adoption of new legislation or the adoption of new rules, the supplier may set courses for the new equipment. When new laws or regulations follow existing courses, they may be offered for sale in the form of new courses. 1.8. If you have obtained multiple courses and cancel or postpone one or more of these courses, each course you cancel or postpone will be dealt with separately, and the cancellation and deferral conditions and corresponding administrative costs are applicable to any cancellation or adjournment.
For consumers (people who purchase goods and services for personal use – note that if you book a course for a CAA license for air work, you are supposed to be not a consumer, but you are a business – see below) The parties agreed that the operator would provide drone services to the customer under the terms (of the agreement) set out in this agreement. 1.9. Subject to this agreement, you can cancel the course by written notification to the provider at the e-mail address [INSERT EMAIL ADDRESS] and the provider reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee. Supplier policies for these cancellations are listed below: 11. Support services. No provision of these Terms and Conditions shall be construed as requiring UAV Factory to provide support services to the purchaser. UAV Factory provides assistance services to the buyer in accordance with a separate agreement. 1.1 There may be circumstances in which you wish to cancel your purchase, in accordance with the 2013 « Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges Regulations » (« Consumer Contracts Regulations »). However, your right to cancel and obtain a refund is lost if you have given the provider explicit consent to provide services during the withdrawal period and if the service has been provided. This consent involves checking the box that gives such consent at the time of purchase.
You are not allowed to change your mind about other services once they are completed, even though the withdrawal period is still in progress. If explicit consent has been given, but the service is only partially provided, you are required to pay for the services actually received. 2.4 The customer provides suppliers with all debts, Costs, expenses, expenses, damages and losses (including direct, indirect or consecutive damages, loss of profit, loss of reputation and interest, penalties and legal costs (calculated on a total compensation basis) as well as any other reasonable professional cost and other reasonable professional cost incurred by the supplier against a supplier as a result of the actual or alleged breach of this agreement or any negligence or unlawful act customer, managers, contractors or representatives.
