1 GUIDELINES FOR THE RECOGNITION OF PERIODS OF STUDY ABROAD VALID FOR DEGREE COURSES IN THE LANGUAGE AREA (approved by the Unified Council of Bachelor`s Courses in Foreign Languages and Literatures and in Cultural Mediation and Master`s Degree Course in European and non-European languages and literatures and in translation and cultural mediation from 17/09/2013) Class L-11 Cultural Mediation, L-12 class – Masters in European and non-European languages and literature, Class LM-37 Translations; Cultural Mediation, Class LM-94 The student interested in the international mobility programme is required to participate in the selection by submitting his application on time and on time in the Erasmus call or in the tender for the International Mobility Scholarships of the University of Udine. 1. Apprenticeship agreement before departure, the student must establish a detailed curriculum (apprenticeship agreement) in which he indicates the exams he wishes to take abroad. The apprenticeship agreement must be supplemented by the appropriate form, which can be downloaded from the website as soon as it is concluded, signed by the exchange coordinator (i.e.dem teacher who signed the exchange contract with the partner university) and forwarded to the staff of the mind centre well in advance of the expiry date to be validated by the program coordinator or his delegate. The apprenticeship agreement must indicate: the list of tests you plan to take at the host site, with the relative number of credits (ECTS) the list of exams identified as equivalent among the tests scheduled during the studies to which you belong and replaced by the training activities you wish to carry out abroad, with an indication of the number of credits (CFU) for which recognition is required. It is necessary: for language and literature tests, it is also necessary to indicate the year of study to which the discipline refers in the Udine curriculum and also to report the free choice of this type of examination.
