(b) Notwithstanding the contrary provisions of this agreement, Atlassian may terminate this contract (and/or cancel or suspend its account on the Marketplace or this Agreement with respect to certain applications) immediately after receiving the notification (or with the message indicated by Atlassian on that date): (i) Atlas ceases: (iii) Atlassian suspends or terminates Atlassian development conditions regarding you or your application or (iv) Atlassian (at its sole discretion) so that your participation in the Marketplace may result in legal or commercial liability to Atlassian or a third party or could harm Marketplace or other partners or users. To the extent that we provide products for resale, you can order these products for resale following the instructions of our website (currently at www.atlassian.com/licensing/resellers-licensing). You must provide all requested information, including, but not limited to the identity of the end user, the end-user`s business and electronic addresses, as well as specific software licenses, hosted service subscriptions or other products to be resold in your order (« Resell Order »). All this information must be correct and complete and reflect the good faith orders you have received from end-users. « Forge Framework, » the Atlassians development framework, described at www.atlassian.com/forge. `AUP`, Atlassian`s acceptable use directive for www.atlassian.com/legal/acceptable-use-policy. 6.4. Migration of end-users of Marketplace partners to atlassian Marketplace. You can contact Atlassian developer-relations@atlassian.com if you want to migrate your existing end-users to the Atlassian Marketplace to manage future management and license renewals. If they have been authorized by Atlassian, you will have access to the Atlassian Migration API (Migration API) after which you enter the information and license details required for the use of the Atlassian Marketplace licensing mechanism for the affected end user.
With respect to the use of the Migration API, you agree to only request license keys for your existing end-users who have started their licensing or maintenance period more than thirty-one days (31) days before the date on which such a license key is requested. This Atlassian Marketplace Partnership Agreement (this « agreement ») is a binding agreement between Atlassian Pty Ltd (ABN 53 102 443 916) (« Atlassian, » « us » or « we ») and the person or entity that registers as a provider or partner to the Atlassian Marketplace (« Marketplace Partner » or « You »). If you are a natural person who uses the Atlassian Marketplace on behalf of your company, organization or any other entity (z.B. as an employee), « you » means your entity, and you are binding for that agreement.
